Lodge Banquet

The Order of the Arrow LODGE BANQUET will be Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Alamo Heights UMC Christian Life Center (same as last year). Doors open at 6:00 PM for Fellowship and dinner will be served at 6:45 PM.

This event is for all Arrowmen and their guests

We will be using an outside caterer so if you plan on eating, it is essential to make an advance reservation at the council office

The cost per person is $15.00 up through January 25

After January 25 it will be $25.00 each

This is a formal event so please wear your Scout uniform with OA sash or semi-formal attire

There will be a meeting of the Lodge Executive Committee at 5:00 PM in an adjacent room. This is for all Lodge and Chapter Officers, their Advisers and any other Member who wishes to attend. Unit Election supplies will be distributed to each chapter
